  6. father of film director Spike Lee; for heroin possession; in New
  7. York City. Lee, who appeared in and scored two of his son's
  8. films -- She's Gotta Have It and Mo' Better Blues, about the
  9. travails of a jazz musician -- was arrested in a playground near
  10. his Brooklyn residence carrying about $20 worth of heroin. Lee
  11. was released without bail.
